Del Cielo Brewing Co. is a latinx owned business located in Downtown Martinez. Founded by Luis and Cielomar in May of 2018. Originally from Colombia and Puerto Rico, they envisioned creating a family space as an extension of their home for the community to get together and explore the world of craft beer.
In the 3 years it’s been open, Del Cielo has been awarded both locally and nationally for it’s beers. While making great beers is their passion, helping give back to the community has been a vital part of operations since the beginning. Del Cielo has brewed numerous beers to benefit causes including Ales for ALS, Black is Beautiful, Rad Rep (supporting local animal shelters), Bay Area Bike Project and most recently Always Pride, a celebration of the LGBTQ+ community. Brewing beers for a cause has elevated Del Cielo’s purpose from just brewing good beers to brewing beers that can help make a change in the Bay Area community.
